By Car

A 40 motorway/ B 1 main road, exit Dortmund-Dorstfeld, Universität.

Driving into the direction Dortmund:
At the end of the exit road turn left into Hauert (direction Technologie-Zentrum). At the next traffic lights turn left again into Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße.

Coming from the direction Dortmund:
At the end of the exit road turn right into Hauert (direction Technologie-Zentrum), then pass under the bridge and go straight across the next traffic lights. At the second traffic light turn left into Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße.

By train

From the main railway station in Dortmund you take the train (S1) into direction Düsseldorf as far as »Dortmund-Universität«. From there you follow the signage H-Bahn into direction »Technologiepark«. At the first station »Technologiepark« you get off the tram; this station is placed right next to the institute.

By airplane

From airport Dortmund-Wickede take the bus to the main railway station »Dortmund-Hbf. «, from there you reach our institute either by train (see by train) or by taxi (about 25 minutes).From airport Düsseldorf you either reach the institute by taxi (approx. 60 minutes) or by train (S1) into direction Dortmund. Get off at » Dortmund-Universität« and follow the signage H-Bahn into direction »Technologiepark«. At the first station »Technologiepark« you get off the tram; this station is placed right next to the institute.
